Who we are

EZ Audio ("we", "us") makes audio plugins for music producers and sells them through this website, ezaudio.co.uk. By buying or downloading a plugin, or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Buying a plugin

Checkout, payment, VAT and receipts are handled by our payment partner, Gumroad. Prices are shown on each plugin's page at checkout. When you buy, you receive a licence to use the plugin. You do not buy the software itself or its source code.

Your licence

• The licence is for you. Please don't share, resell, or give away the plugin files or your download link.
• You may install it on your own computers for your own music production.
• Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or take apart the plugin.

Updates and support

We aim to keep plugins working on current versions of macOS and common music software, but we can't promise they'll work with every setup. Check the system details on a plugin's page before you buy. If something isn't right, contact us through your Gumroad receipt and we'll do our best to help.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Gumroad. Contact us through your Gumroad receipt if you have a problem with your purchase.

Discount codes

Discount codes (such as a sign-up offer) apply to eligible products only, can't be combined with other offers, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Our responsibility

Plugins are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for lost work, lost data, or damage to equipment from using them. Always keep backups and turn your monitor volume down when trying anything new. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
